HEARN

Nicole Borrelli Hearn is the Founder and Principal of NBH Arts Partners and on the leadership team of the pioneering creative studio, Culture House Immersive where she serves as the Head of Partnerships.   Over her 30-year career, she has established herself as one of the most innovative thinkers and fiercest advocates in the performing arts. She has held senior positions at some of the most prestigious talent agencies and arts organizations in the field, making contributions to both the cultural and commercial performing arts.

Nicole was a territory and responsible agent at ICM Partners for five years on the live concert and attraction touring team and spent almost twenty years at Opus 3 Artists as an agent and manager of artists and attractions. She booked tours around North America for legends of classical music, jazz, adult contemporary, Americana and American Songbook, stand-up comedy, dance, and theater, and managed the careers of a richly-varied roster of trailblazing artists such as Patti LuPone, Sasha Velour and Rosanne Cash.  With a background in improvisational comedy and a love of a good belly laugh, Nicole also launched successful tours of Friends and The Office musical parodies and an anniversary reboot of Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding.

Nicole began her career as a Booking Manager at International Production Associates where she organized international tours for world renown contemporary music, dance and theater artists and companies, and as the Producer of Developing Works at the American Music Theater Festival in Philadelphia.

Nicole served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Performing Arts Professionals (APAP) for nine years, the last three years as Vice Chair. She is also an emeritus member of the Board of the SITI Company, where she served for over ten years, three of them as Chair.
